This Week I Will…

I have decided to write down some goals for this week to help keep me on track.

1) Drink water everyday.

2)Eat breakfast everyday.

3)Try to exercise 3 times this week.

4)Get out my old elliptical machine.

5)No fast food, unless it’s from Subway.

    Great plan and wonderful quote to keep us all going. It’s so true but when the task feels so big it’s hard to remember. Thanks for the reminder!
