This Week I Will…
I have decided to write down some goals for this week to help keep me on track.
1) Drink water everyday.
2)Eat breakfast everyday.
3)Try to exercise 3 times this week.
4)Get out my old elliptical machine.
5)No fast food, unless it’s from Subway.
