2 More Pounds!!
I lost two more pounds this week.
I was very pleased with my results. My neck is finally feeling better, so, hopefully I can get some exercise this week. I know that my results will be much better once I start moving on a regular basis. I am slowly inching towards my first mini goal. I hope everyone else is winning their battle with the scale this week. Good luck.
I can’t remember how many times I have started a diet and thought in 6 months, I will be x number of pounds. Then, the six months passed and I hadn’t done anything to lose weight. I had lost 6 months of time that I could have been trying to live a healthier life. This time, I am trying to look at short term goals, instead of long term goals. I will not DELAY living a healthier life any longer!
