Weigh In Tomorrow?!

I am supposed to weigh in tomorrow, but I don’t know if I am going to or not. I have not had the best week food wise. I am afraid if I get on the scale and see some weight gain, I will just give up again. I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE UP! On the other hand, I wonder if I should just face the scale and face the facts that if the numbers are up I know it is because of my poor eating. I guess I will just have to see if I am brave enough to face up to my poor eating choices in the morning.

On a good note, I just finished the 1 mile walk on Leslie Sansone’s walking DVD. I feel really good right now. Tired, but good! I hope everyone has a good week!

    I struggle with the scale decision too if I haven’t had a good week. Whenever I decide to skip the scale, my bad week seems to just keep going and I don’t get back on track. Maybe its better to just face it and use the number on the scale as motivation. Good luck! Don’t be discouraged.

    Keep your chin up and remember that a lot of times whenever we start a new diet, a little weight gain can be good because it comes from all the heavier new muscle we’re trading for fat during exercise. Personally, I prefer the tape measure method. I figure as long as I’m losing inches, I don’t care nearly as much what I weigh.
